Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay welcomes members of the community to be engaged with our organization by participating on one of several key committees. If you are interested in volunteering your efforts to benefit our families, we have several committees from which to choose: the Development Council focuses on financial sustainability; the House Operations committees focus on the daily operations of the Houses; the Events Committee focuses on our three signature events; and the Marketing & Communications Committee focuses on all aspects of marketing.
The RMHC Development Council consists of community and RMHC Board of Trustee members who support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa by strengthening community ties and building strategic partnerships. This Council focuses on ensuring financial sustainability through development of relationships, and securing other kinds of support for RMH by expanding our network of loyal donors and supporters. Meetings are held at quarterly.
SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE
This committee assists the Events Coordinator by procuring auction items and other in-kind donations for our three signature events: Storybook Ball, Fishing for Hearts, and the Golf Classic. This committee is also tasked with volunteering at events and helping to procure third party events. Meetings are held throughout the year based on events scheduled.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
This committee focuses on current and future communications strategies and tactics to ensure that Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay is staying on top of trends and implementing methods to increase awareness and donations. This committee meets at 5:00 p.m. every other month.

HOUSE OPERATIONS COMMITTEES
Depending on your location preference, there are two House Operations Committees which provide guidance and assistance in the management and operation of the Houses. The St. Pete House Operations Committee focuses on the operations of the three St. Petersburg houses; the Tampa House Operations Committee oversees Tampa House operations.
Tampa House Operations meets the second Wednesday of the month from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
St. Pete House Operations meets the first Wednesday of the month from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
